Change of Delivery Address
We would like to inform our customers that the process for the change of delivery address in case of domestic and import shipments will change as of February 2012.
The most important change is that from February we only accept requests submitted by the payer of the shipment.
To submit a request, please complete the “DHL Express Delivery Address Modification Form” and send it by e-mail to our Customer Service to the following e-mail address: cimmod@dhl.com.
Please note, that only requests submitted according to the above guidelines will be processed.
Requets submitted by 17:00 on weekdays will be processed on the next working day, while those submitted after 17:00 within 2 working days. Date of delivery to the new address is not guaranteed.
